Nanorod-like nanocrystalline CsSnI3 and CNT composite thin film–based hybrid photodetector

Abstract An experimental detail on the morphology engineering and characterizations of all-inorganic Sn-based perovskite (here CsSnI 3 ) thin films their application in photodetectors are presented. In particular, we demonstrated that chlorobenzene anti-solvent treatment during thin-film spin coating could effectively optimize properties obtained film. SEM AFM measurements showed uniform film with nanorod-like nanocrystalline morphology. addition, EDS XPS confirmed low level oxidation film, indicating good ambient stability. A planar photodetector was also made prepared electrical characteristics were taken. The dark current photocurrent found range 10 −9 −7 A, respectively, an on/off ratio 2 . photoresponsivity −5 AW −1 further experiment conducted to make composite between CNTs for additional morphological engineering. measurement Raman mapping manifested nanonet-like quenching photoluminescence curve indicated efficient photo-generated carrier extraction from matrix CNTs. absorption spectra enhanced ability hybrid −6 −4 −2 Due combination , increased 1000 times. At same time, hysteresis reduced significantly compared pristine -based photodetector.
